KIAN is seeking an ambitious and outstanding Electrical Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Building and Developing Relationships: Identifying and targeting potential clients (contractors, consultants, and developers) and building strong, lasting working relationships with them.
• Technical and Sales Support: Understanding clients’ technical needs and providing suitable electrical solutions and products offered by the company.
• Preparing Proposals: Preparing and delivering accurate technical and financial proposals and following up until the deal is closed.
• Market Research: Monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activity, and discovering new sales opportunities.
• Follow-up and Service: Providing after-sales technical support to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and maintain our positive market image.

Requirements and Conditions:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
• Experience: Previous work experience of [specify number of years, e.g., 3 to 5 years] in the field of electrical equipment or solutions sales.
• Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, and strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Language and Computer Skills: Fluency in English, and proficiency in using MS Office and relevant engineering software.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to cover client visits and project sites (a driver’s license and car are preferred).
